Vintage School Days Journal Swap - Part 2

Continuing on from my previous posts on this topic which appeared here and here, the next few pages in the journal swap book are as follows:

This page by Jan LaFollette features a pocket on the front side filled with school themed goodies such as a counting card, a library card (blank, so we can add our own journaling to it), a B&W photo and a flash card.  The based of the page is a bingo card.

On the back is an apple for the teached, cut out of a dictionary page.

This page by Beth Leintz is cleverly made out of fabric, not paper.  You can read all about how she made it here.

Next is a page made by Rachel McGough.  There is a pocket made out of a photocopy of a class photo on the front and best of all, one of Rachel's actual school photos on the back - what a cutie!

Mollie McCabe made the page that follows as a mini file folder with a photo of the school secretary (aptly named Edwina Hoelscher, doesn't that sound like the perfect name for the school secretary?). There is a pretty paper flower on the front, team colours and a little pennant banner on the front as well.

Inside the folder is another class photo and on the back, this alphabet which features letters and squares that were all added individually by Mollie. What a great idea!

My friend Lorraine Peltier made the next page.  It's made out of black paper to look like a blackboard, again so we can add our own writing. On the front is a cute little pocket with a buckle on it and a little tag and a piece of an exercise book page tucked inside.

On the back, an adorable little picture of a girl who is obviously not thrilled to be sitting at her desk in class, accented with buttons.

Stay tuned, I'll share photos of the rest of the journal contents later this week!
