I Heart Christmas Cookies

If I had the time and the inclination, I'd totally want to make these Santa faced shortbread cookies using a heart shaped cookie cutter. How clever is this?!

For now, I must be satisfied with my role as self-appointed official taste tester.  I can tell you with complete confidence that it was delicious!
