Playing With Watercolour

My new friend, Barb, whom I met on my recent trip to Florida, told me about an online watercolour class she had signed up for.  I've never quite gotten the hang of watercolours (I suspect I need to practice, practice, practice more with it) and I decided I'd sign up for the class too after watching their 3 minute video here.

That video also inspired me to make this card for Barb:

I mailed it off to her last week and got the greatest compliment when she emailed and said she especially loved the alphabet stamps I had used.  For I hadn't used alphabet stamps, I had actually Zentangled them myself after I thought the stencilled letter outlines looked too plain.  Thanks for saying that, Barb, it really made my day!!
