In a Garden

I wanted to share some more photos with you from my visit last week with Diane and Lorraine, which started with some time spent on Diane's deck, overlooking her lovely garden. Here's a picture of that beautiful space, with her dog Sam passing through:

One of the books she has made was designed to showcase the artist trading cards that she and her friend Heather made for each other over a period of several months. Heather lives in Australia and they had this idea that each month, they would each make a card for one another based on the same theme. Here's a picture of the cover:

In this next photo, you can see the pages Diane made to hold the cards. The theme for that particular month was dragonflies:

One month, the theme was "garden" and Diane designed a card with a gate that opened to reveal a photo of her own garden - isn't that clever?
