Old vs. New

It wasn't until I was trying on new runners in the store today that I realized how dingy my old pair was looking.

Definitely time for a spin in the washing machine for the pair on the left, I'm thinking! The pair on the right will become my official workout/walking shoes, for my daily two mile walks.  Now that I've got the routine going, it's important to be sure I've got the proper support for my arches, etc.
