My New Ring

Speaking of Kate McKinnon, as I was yesterday, here is a photo of a fabulous ring of hers that I bought at her trunk sale when she was teaching at Beads of Colour back in May of this year. I love how it feels on my finger, it is so comfortable to wear on my hand. I also liked the reflection I got in this photo, which I achieved using a purple ceramic coaster with a glossy finish as the base. I was going to use a Tupperware lid a la Miss Kate but couldn't find a clean one, as they're all currently being used for their intended purpose, go figure!
