Exactly one year from today, the eyes of the world will be focused on Vancouver, British Columbia as the opening games of the 2010 Winter Olympics begin.Canada has hosted the Games twice before - in Montreal, Quebec in the summer of 1976 and in Calgary, Alberta in the winter of 1988 - but so far, no Canadian has ever won a gold medal on Canadian soil. We're hoping to change that statistic this time around.
Best wishes to all those currently training or involved in getting the facilites ready for next year's competition - it's a heck of a job and we are very proud of all your hard work.
