I got the idea from the very talented Pam Garrison, who posted this a few weeks ago. She also cut little hearts out of felt and sewed them together and posted about that here. I don't have any felt and was feeling a little less energetic, so I went with the paper hearts idea - cut them out of various types of paper and instead of sewing them onto baker's twine, stapled them to rick rack (using the Tim Holtz tiny stapler, which I had resisted buying for quite a while and now can't imagine how I ever lived without it!). Just as effective, I thought!
