A Trip to the Dump

My sister and her friend Wayne cleared a lot of old junk out of our cottage property on the weekend and took it to the dump.  They invited me along for the ride and of course I brought my camera.

There were signs warning that bears might be present but we didn't see any.  However, I was amazed to see all the seagulls hanging out there.  Most of them are constantly in motion, taking off and landing as the bulldozer moves stuff around.

I think these guys were on a break.

Clearly, the "no scavenging" sign doesn't apply if you're a seagull!
